If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if your jewellery requires maintenance, we are here to help.

  • 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

    We offer a 30-day no-hassle return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, in its original condition, and include:

    • All original packaging and boxes

    • Instruction booklets and warranty cards

    • All original tags must still be attached to the product

    How to Return Your Item

    You can choose to return your items either in person at our storefront or by mail.

    1. In-Store Returns Visit us at our Steinbach location at 375 Main Street. Please bring your original packing slip, a copy of your shipping confirmation email, or your online purchase receipt. A team member will process your return on the spot and issue a refund back to your original form of payment.

    2. Online / Mail-In Returns

    • Purchases of $225 or more: Eligible for a complementary return shipping label within 30 days of delivery.

    • Purchases under $225: Shipping and handling costs for the return are the responsibility of the purchaser.

    • Please note: Original shipping and handling charges from your initial purchase are non-refundable.

    3. Request Return Authorization Before shipping your item back to us, you must fill out the Return Authorization Form below. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to securely package and ship your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience significant processing delays.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Our Warranty Policies

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we showcase. Our warranties ensure that your fine jewellery remains as brilliant and secure as the day you received it.

One-Year Manufacturing Warranty

All products are protected against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This covers any faults in construction, settings, or materials due to workmanship errors.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, improper storage, neglect, or exposure to harsh chemicals (such as pool chlorine, bleach, or abrasives).

  • Brand-Specific Warranties

    • Watches: Timepieces feature a limited 2-to-5-year manufacturer warranty against defects, depending on the specific watch brand.

    • Malo Tungsten Bands: Feature a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects under normal wear conditions.

    • Secrid Wallets: Standard wallets feature a 2 year warranty, with an additional year available when you register your wallet. Premium wallets feature a 5 year warranty, with an additional 2 years upon registration of your purchase. 

GNM Lifetime Diamond Warranty

For all diamond rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and pendants purchased after May 30, 2025, we offer our exclusive GNM Lifetime Diamond Warranty to the original purchaser or recipient.

  • What’s Covered: Under normal wear, if your diamond is chipped, broken, or lost from its original setting, GNM Fine Jewellers will replace the diamond with one of similar value and quality (up to a maximum value of $5,000) at no cost to you. The labour for setting the stone and re-tipping the claws is also fully covered.

  • How to Maintain Coverage: To keep your Lifetime Diamond Warranty valid, you must bring your diamond piece—along with your inspection record—into our store every six (6) months for a free, professional cleaning and inspection.

  • Important Note: If you cannot visit us in person, you may mail your piece, inspection record, and original receipt to our store (375 Main Street, Steinbach, MB, R5G 1Z4). You are responsible for inbound shipping and insurance; GNM will cover the cost of mailing it back to you.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover theft, mysterious disappearance, or the loss of the entire item. Any repairs or maintenance performed by a non-authorized, third-party jeweller will completely void this warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim for an item purchased online or requiring mail-in service, please fill out the Service Request Form below and provide a brief description of the issue. Our service team will review your claim and follow up with further instructions.
