At GNM Fine Jewellers, we want to ensure your purchases arrive safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Because we deal with high-value items, we take extra precautions with our packaging and carrier selections to guarantee peace of mind from our store to your door.

What Is Within Our Control

We are fully committed to managing the parts of the shipping process that happen inside our doors. Our promises to you include:

• Prompt Processing Times: All in-stock items are processed, securely packaged, and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. (Please note: Custom orders, ring sizing, and special orders require additional handling time, which will be communicated to you directly).

• Secure Packaging: Every item is securely packed to ensure your jewellery or timepiece arrives undamaged.

• Tracked Shipments: For your peace of mind, every package we send out includes comprehensive tracking.

• Accurate Tracking Information: As soon as your shipping label is generated, you will automatically receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package's progress every step of the way.

Courier Networks & Transit Delays

Once a package is securely processed and handed over to our shipping carriers (such as Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS), it enters their logistics network.

Please Note: Once the courier takes possession of the package, the delivery timeline is entirely out of our hands. GNM Fine Jewellers has no direct control over transit delays caused by carrier network volumes, weather disruptions, customs backlogs, sorting errors, or other unforeseen external factors.

While we cannot speed up a courier's delivery route once a package leaves our storefront, if your tracking status appears stalled or an issue arises during transit, please contact us, and our team will immediately open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the couriers and are guidelines, not absolute guarantees.

In-Store Pickup

If you live in or near southeastern Manitoba, you can bypass the shipping process entirely by selecting In-Store Pickup at checkout.

• There is no fee for this service.

• If ordered during store hours: Most in-stock items will be ready for pickup within 2–4 hours.

• If ordered after hours: Your items will be ready within 2 hours of store opening on the next business day.

You will receive a notification email as soon as your order is ready. For security reasons, please provide your order confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID  to collect your items at our Steinbach location.
